Does anyone know why this says not to your around eyes?

A pigmented mauve peach shade 

I am a big fan of everything Inglot. The brand creates amazing products. The eyeshadows and blushes are all pigmented and last a while on the skin. The lip products are also creamy and easy to apply. I am really interested in trying more from the brand. I would like to try their nail polish, concealer, and foundation. Have any of you tried more of their products? If so what do you think?
