Makeup Perfect for Pictures
Tips:
1. Exfoliate
2. Do not use SPF on the skin
3. Moisturize
4. Use an eyeshadow base to insure shadows stay in place
5. Line waterline with a cream colored liner to bring out more pigmentation in shadows
6. Do a little matte eyeshadow look with little shimmer and be sure to blend
7. Tight line as best you can
8. Use an eyeliner method you are comfortable with (I recommend doing something you know you can do)
9. Set eyeliner with a powder
10. Curl your lashes and add a good coat (or couple coats) of mascara (I recommend a waterproof or long lasting mascara)
11. Apply false eyelashes
12. Apply a face primer
13. Apply a medium to full coverage foundation with NO SPF (if you can find your perfect shade mix two shades together)
14. Match foundation to neck
15. Moisturize your lips
16. Use a lighter concealer for under the eyes (NOT a light reflecting concealer) & a concealer that matches your foundation shade)
17. Use a damp beauty sponge to blend everything out seamlessly
18. DO NOT forget about brows (fill them in with pencil or powder and set with wax or gel)
19. Use a very light hand when it comes to setting powder- to much with look cakey
20. Use a semi matte or matte bronzer to warm your skin up and add a sun kissed look
21. Use a lip combo that works best for your skin tone
22. Pick a blush that works well for your skin and is matte (I love little baby pinks for fair skin)
23. Place a light white/champagne shadow in the inner corner
24. Apply a very little bit of highlight to the top of cheek bones, down the center of the nose, and cupid's bow (I add a little to the center of my lips)
25. Set everything with your favorite setting spray
